The BBC Radio 4 review on “Rise of the Planet of the Apes” might have been skewed. Director Rupert Wyatt is British. It was long, I was bored and the plot is summed up in one line: Abused apes will break out of prison if they get their hands on smart-inducing drugs and proceed to beat the shit out of their oppressors.
