The Mini Ladies in blue and the Silver ladies at past Met Gala extravaganzas and we learned that Kate Moss is not superhuman: Carmen Miranda beats Ms. Moss in the “who wears a turban best” contest.

Emerald green has been anointed the color of 2013 by Pantone: it represents “harmony, hope and growth”. It’s definitely not everyone’s color but the odd emerald green shoe, skirt or jacket can work (for us at least). With the right teint, definitely a fabulous color.

Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton: basically a re-hash of his own collection seen at NYFW with elements Prada did better and the square-toed shoes seen at Dior. Not hugely impressive. These coats are nice though.
